All are welcome to speak during the public comment period. Please sign-in if you wish to address the Village Council and submit a written copy of your comments to the Clerk to be properly recorded in the minutes. Each speaker or group are asked to limit comments to 3 minutes. The Village Council may request that one person speak on behalf of large groups expressing the same opinion. Although the Village Council is interested in hearing your concerns, speakers should not expect action or deliberation on subject matter brought up during the public comment segment. 


VIRTUAL OPTION: Contact the Village Clerk by email at [email protected] or at (704) 627-2018 to sign up. You may also send your public comments to the Village Clerk to be part of the meeting minutes. For any scheduled public hearing, citizens have the right to submit a public comment in written form between the time of the official public notice and 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the public hearing.
